I come from a family of latent entrepreneurs. My mother, a caring nurse, loved books and poetry. My father, whose lofty plans lacked follow-through and funding, gave me something more valuable than dreams. Self-belief!
Hi, I’m Paula
My mother wrote rhyming riddles when we were kids. So, I love wordplay. I had a brief stint as a slam poet before publishing two health books during my time as the online Posture Doctor.
I spent a decade writing blogs and making videos. My videos received millions of views and my courses have over 25k enrollments. Today, I use that experience to help business owners gain traction with their content.
